This online Yoga Nidra course fulfils the US Yoga
Alliance’s CE non-contact 3-year requirement (20 CE’s) Weekend workshops
accrue 14 hours CPD/CE credits with US Yoga Alliance and Yoga Teachers Together (YTT).
Approx 45 course hours - 40 hours YN practice, 5 hours study and assignments, mainly your personal YN practice diary.
