YOGA NIDRA MENOPAUSE SUPPORT

This online Yoga Nidra course fulfils the US Yoga Alliance’s CE non-contact 3-year requirement (20 CE’s) Weekend workshops = 14 hours CPD/CE credits with US Yoga Alliance and Yoga Teachers Together (YTT).

Approx 45 course hours - 40 YN practice, 5 study and assignments - mainly personal YN practice diary.

All course materials included - 2 modules, assignments and intro, 2 Yoga Nidra recordings. Individual tuition, prompt and detailed responses to assignments/queries

Monthly 45 min Skype/Whatsapp call with Katie for duration of the course
