This online Yoga Nidra teacher-training course fulfils the US Yoga Alliance’s CE non-contact 3-year requirement (20 CE’s). Approx 100 hours - 75 YN practice, 25 assignments and study.
Weekend workshops accrue 14 hours CPD/CE credits with US Yoga Alliance and Independent Yoga Network.
