Welcome to everyone wanting to learn more about this ancient, effortless, profound relaxation. Immerse yourself in a weekend of deep rest and healing. All welcome – yoga students and teachers, and those with no yoga background, you don’t need it for this.
The aim of the weekend is to deepen our understanding and experience of the history, theory and, most important of all, the practice of Yoga Nidra, using both contemporary and classical scripts. Clarifying what the state of YN is, and isn’t. This extraordinary healing process has so many therapeutic applications, from general stress-related symptoms to deep grief, trauma and addiction – more about Yoga Nidra and Yoga Nidra teacher training http://classicalyoga.co.uk/course
Max 8 participants allows time for questions, sharing of knowledge and experience, and enough space to be comfortable.
Yoga Alliance US – accredited CPD 14 hours
NB: Extreme weather at the beginning of March 2018 meant we had to postpone the workshop until April. In the unlikely event of weather forcing another cancellation, you will receive a full refund from Classical Yoga UK. If you are booking Airbnb, please check their cancellation policy and if possible choose one that will allow you to postpone if necessary.
The venue is a warm, quiet, private Parish Hall attached to the village school, with ample free parking, in peaceful countryside 2 miles from Totnes www.google.co.uk
