This class is classical integral hatha yoga – asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and yoga nidra (extreme relaxation).  Max 9 students in this warm, quiet village hall with ample free parking.

Please bring your mat and a light blanket, wear comfortable stretchy gear, and come with a relatively empty stomach and some water.  A lovely group ranging in ages from  teens to 60’s, equal balance of men and women, all  fit but not human pretzels, and with a sense of humour so we have fun.

Cost: £9 per session.  Suitable for beginners, refreshers, intermediates and advanced – modifications and alternatives given to suit your level.  Contact Jane if you want to find out more and to confirm there’s a place; you can arrange a taster session to see if it’s your kind of class.
