At Devon Hills Fitness Studio

Thursdays 11.00 – 12.30 and 19.00 – 20.30

Some mats available but please bring your own if you have one. All levels welcome and catered for.  The majority of students in these classes are a good intermediate level, the style is classical hatha yoga, focusing on alignment, the breath, opening up the body and releasing deep seated tensions in a safe and dynamic way. We end with deep relaxation and a short meditation.
