Thursdays 11.00 – 12.30 and 19.00 – 20.30

Please bring your own mat. All levels welcome and catered for.  Max 6 people under current guidelines. Classical hatha yoga, focusing on alignment, the breath, opening up the body and releasing deep seated tensions in a safe and dynamic way and ending with deep relaxation.
